As a Talent Advisor with FloodGate Medical, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships within the MedTech industry by providing valuable insight on job opportunities for candidates and advising on the best hiring practices for our clients as a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for targeting, screening, and recommending qualified candidates to hiring managers. Talent Advisors will be responsible for account management with core clients.
At FloodGate Medical, you will have a supportive culture and work schedule flexibility. You will have the ability to autonomously run your own business with strong leadership support.

- 2+ years in a sales or sales-related role
- Experience in recruiting preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree
- Currently lives in Tampa or close surrounding areas.
- Hybrid opportunity; primarily remote, with in-person training and meetings with the leadership team in Tampa.
- Ability/willingness to travel to our headquarters in Tampa, FL two times/year for meetings.
- Commission based; we offer upfront compensation as a draw, and all additional earnings are paid via bonuses.
- Year one average earnings: 75-90k, Top performers year one: 100k+
