We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Java Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing code and ensure the quality and performance of software application. Responsibilities
Write core java code adhering to overall architecture and design of existing applications Work closely with Quality Assurance to resolve any issues reported by QA / Test Analysis Understand performance metric and factors affecting the performance and find ways to improve it Leverage automation for increased efficiency Track own progress to ensure timely delivery Bring in fresh ideas to make improvements Participate in code reviews for own as well as others’ code Work with other teams involved in project life-cycle Requirements
At least 7 years of expereince in IT industry. 7+ years of experience as a Java developer utilizing Java 8 or newer versions and the supporting platforms such as Eclipse, SpringBoot, multithreading, code repository (i.e. BitBucket) Knowledge on internals of
hash map, hash collisions, etc Debugging memory leaks
and
troubleshoot performance issues in Java Good understanding on
Kafka Experience in
CI / CD pipelines and GCP 7+ years of experience of
DevOps Experience with relational d atabase (Oracle) & SQL Proficient with
ansible, jenkins pipelines, Chef Proficient with
UNIX/Linux and shell scripts Banking/Finance/Trading experience is preferred. Preferred, but not required
Work experience in PCF, Google Cloud Platform is plus Experience in trading domain. We offer
