We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with a strong background in developing scalable microservices using Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a solid understanding of cloud technologies, databases, messaging systems, and NoSQL databases. The Role Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality microservices using Spring Boot. Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support frontend and other backend integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions leveraging cloud platforms. Work with databases such as MongoDB and ensure efficient data modeling and querying. Integrate and manage message brokers like Kafka for event-driven architecture. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, ensure coding standards, and maintain technical documentation. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements: 8+ years of overall Java development experience. Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases. Proven experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems. Deep understanding of relational and non-relational database design and querying. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Good understanding of RESTful API design, security, and best practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred, but not required: Experience with DevOps tools and automation. Knowledge of frontend technologies is a plus. Certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud platforms. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
