Showroom Manager SUMMARY: We are seeking a creative and skilled Interior Design Architect to develop innovative architectural plans that enhance design quality, boost sales, and ensure client satisfaction. This role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of interior architecture. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Create space plans and design concepts that align with architectural standards and meet project timelines. Develop comprehensive preliminary drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and selected ceiling plans. Advise on color, materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessory selections. Produce technical drawings to assist Sales Associates in order completion. Compile finish schedules and prepare cohesive color books consistent with construction drawings. Draft specifications and vision drawings for furniture placement at client locations. Ensure accurate measurements for Sales & Design Consultants. Verify and create drawings of existing building and interior spaces, using field measurements as needed. Coordinate effectively with general and sub-contractors, maintaining thorough project documentation from start to finish. Assist Design & Sales Consultants in client interactions, presentations, and communications. Manage all internal design-related communications. Participate in vendor training sessions. Complete all assigned online training courses within set timeframes. Collaborate closely with the Interior Architect Team to develop unique, creative client solutions that build on initial concepts. Perform other related duties as directed by management. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in space planning and project budgeting. In-depth knowledge of trends, construction methods, finishes, and furniture specifications. Strong graphic and visualization skills; proficient in 2D/3D software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint. Expertise in European furniture systems, including wardrobe, kitchen & bathroom, and wall-related systems. SKILLS: Design:
