Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Naples, FL. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks including picking and packing orders, cutting wire and pipe, operating equipment, and interacting with customers. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Cut wire and pipe to specified lengths using appropriate tools.
Operate pallet jacks and assist with forklift operations as needed.
Input order and inventory data into the computer system.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Interact professionally with customers during pickups or inquiries.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Essential Skills
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts (certification a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift certification is a plus.
Experience in inventory, picking, packing, general labor, packaging, material handling, RF scanner, inventory control, loading, shipping and receiving, pallet jack operation, order picking, shipping & receiving, and cycle counts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
