YOUR JOB
We’re looking for a Team Lead Demand Generation to lead our digital marketing efforts. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns to drive measurable paid and organic pipeline for both direct and indirect sales. In this role, you’ll mentor and develop team members while working cross functionally to ensure campaigns are tightly aligned with revenue goals. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You lead and mentor the demand generation team, setting priorities, coaching on best practices, and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
You lead the design, launch, and optimization of campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, content syndication, ABM) to drive qualified leads and generate both direct and indirect pipeline.
You own paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend, clear ROI, and measurable revenue contribution.
You drive data-driven decision making by running A/B tests across ads and landing pages, applying attribution modeling, and translating performance metrics into actionable insights.
You collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with buyer personas and revenue goals.
You leverage AI-first demand gen tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Optmyzr) to enhance campaign bidding, copywriting, creative production, reporting, and automation.
You quickly adapt to market changes, platform updates, and data trends, consistently exploring new channels and tactics for growth.
You provide clear reporting and insights via campaign dashboards and leadership presentations, ensuring performance and impact visibility.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD
Degree in marketing or related field; Google Ads or LinkedIn certifications are a plus
5+ years of proven B2B SaaS experience with measurable success in driving pipeline
Strong data-driven/analytical mindset
Knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads in a B2B setting (SaaS a plus)
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM tools
Familiarity with ABM tactics like firmographic targeting and personalized outreach a nice to have
Strong ownership and results-driven mindset
Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus
