Senior Hardware Design Engineer (FPGA) Location: Marlborough, MA Our client, Kforce Technology Staffing, is seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer (FPGA) to join a fast‑growing technology company that develops innovative communications products and services. In this key role you will work with a talented engineering team to design and implement next‑generation communication systems. Responsibilities Full lifecycle FPGA design for high‑performance systems FPGA architectures using Verilog/VHDL Develop simulations, testbenches, and synthesize designs Collaborate with hardware teams and interpret datasheets/schematics Create and maintain design documentation Lead and participate in code/design reviews Own and resolve technical issues Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field 5+ years of FPGA design experience using Verilog or VHDL Knowledge of Programmable Logic EDA tools Strong collaboration and communication skills Knowledge of high‑performance FPGA systems Benefits We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability, and ADD insurance to eligible employees.
