ACSM Tutor - Varsity Tutors The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects ACSM tutors with students nationwide for online instruction. As a tutor, you’ll set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and teach from home. Overview Join our platform to tutor students in ACSM topics. You’ll be matched with students, prepare engaging lessons, and use our Live Learning Platform to conduct sessions remotely. Responsibilities Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students. Accept on-demand tutoring requests when available. Prepare and deliver customized lessons aligned with student needs. Utilize the AI-powered Tutor Copilot for real-time instructional support and engagement features to save prep time. Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments. Qualifications Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in ACSM and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Prior tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education preferred. Compensation & Schedule Base rates start at $18/hour; rates increase for specialized subjects and for ongoing sessions with the same student (up to $40/hour). Get paid up to twice per week for completed sessions. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Tutor remotely using our platform—no commuting required. Additional Information We handle logistics; you simply invoice for sessions and we process payments. Our platform helps match you with students best suited to your teaching style and expertise.
