Overview
The Senior Analyst, Sandwich Cheese Marketing drives an ~$800M NSV business across Kraft Singles, Deli Deluxe and Velveeta sandwich slices. The role owns the Deli Deluxe & Velveeta Slices brands (~$200M NSV) and provides support on Kraft Singles communications and ad-hoc total sandwich portfolio requests.
Responsibilities
Partner with platform lead to develop the short & long-term strategy for Deli Deluxe including (1) renno/inno roadmap backed by consumer insights, (2) omni-channel support strategy and (3) price/promo optimizations
Analyze business performance, identify actions needed, and coordinate action plan on key metrics (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers) across Deli Deluxe & Velveeta Slices
Partner with sales & revenue management on customer initiatives including distribution drives, pricing actions & test and learn opportunities
Own commercialization of any Deli Deluxe & Velveeta Slices projects
Partner with category finance to provide input into drive-based forecast for Deli Deluxe & Velveeta Slices
On a project-by-project basis, support the Brand Manager of Comms for Kraft Singles on communications execution such as culture bombs
Responsible for total sandwich cheese ZBB budget reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in marketing required
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter and ability to multitask and balance competing priorities
Accurate and timely reporting with motivation to improve and integrate processes
Consumer obsessed with the ability to identify market trends and key insights
Operates independently and motivated by success
Strong leadership and committed to results
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits New Hire Base Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
