Business Analyst
who can unlock new opportunities for success.
Description As a
Business Analyst , you'll play a critical role in analyzing business data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to key decisions that drive business growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, product, and engineering, to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Use advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools to analyze both internal and external business data, uncovering trends and providing actionable insights.
Report Creation: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards, presenting findings to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format.
Requirement Gathering: Work with business and technical teams to gather and document clear technical requirements, ensuring alignment between data needs and solutions.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, product, engineering) to identify data-driven opportunities for improving business processes, revenue, and efficiency.
Financial Insights: Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and support key financial decisions using KPIs and other relevant metrics.
Best Practices: Promote and implement best practices in data analysis and reporting across the organization.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with PowerPoint, MS Visio, Power BI, SAP, Jira.
Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear findings.
Experience working with financial data, KPIs, and performance metrics is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
