We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our MIS & Analytics team. This team plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence and strategic decision-making by delivering robust data analysis, reporting, and insights across a dynamic business environment. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and uncover opportunities to improve business performance. You will also support system migrations and contribute to building executive- and process-level dashboards that provide clear visibility into key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and synthesize large, complex datasets to identify performance trends and operational insights.

Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to support strategic and operational goals.

Define and build metrics and KPIs to monitor the health and effectiveness of key business processes. Investigate and recommend data sources; collaborate with data owners to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in data platform and capabilities migration projects, including remapping data connections and updating reporting logic. Provide recommendations on performance targets based on data analysis and optimization models. Collaborate with teams to understand process flows and their underlying data structures. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data science, or a related analytics field. Strong proficiency in SQL (e.g., Hive, Presto, or other distributed querying languages) and handling large data sets. Experience building reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams. Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and breaking down complex processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with financial services or transaction-based data (e.g., payments, billing, card issuance). Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis or automation.
