Under general oversight, responsible for the development, delivery, and management of energy efficiency programs as part of an ICC-approved energy efficiency portfolio to ensure cost recovery and minimize performance risk. The role also assists in managing subcontractors and vendors delivering energy efficiency services to ComEd and its customers, coordinates with other ComEd departments for program logistics, Marketing, and planning support. Monitors and verifies that products, services, and energy savings are delivered as required. Tracks and provides program performance data for measurement and verification purposes. May be required to work extended hours for storms or other energy delivery emergencies. Primary Duties
Under general oversight, manages energy efficiency programs specializing in delivering energy efficiency recommendations and measures. Oversees subcontractors managing a range of existing and planned programs. Monitors and tracks performance metrics for each program. (40%) Participates in the development and improvement of energy efficiency programs, including evaluation of measures, program design, marketing strategy input, and outreach. Emphasis on analysis and evaluation of energy efficiency measures. (15%) Develops and implements a business plan for each assigned program, focusing on achieving goals, integrating with other offerings, and coordinating external stakeholder input. (20%) Updates program status reports to monitor progress toward program performance and financial goals. (10%) Provides support to the Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager in budgeting, performance reporting, and other internal and external reporting requirements. (15%) Job Scope
Responsible for management and implementation of various energy efficiency programs Provide budgeting support to the Senior Program Manager Manage customer relations issues arising from energy efficiency programs and fulfill day-to-day requirements to serve participating customers Build independence to work and make day-to-day decisions Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering and/or business) or equivalent related experience with 2–4 years in project management and technology assessment, performance management, measurement and evaluation, and knowledge of marketing communications; or 3–6 years of stated relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree Ability to multi-task across various projects and deliver quality work within required timeframes Ability to provide analytical and technical support for program and energy efficiency measure evaluation Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business Strong project management skills and analytical abilities Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro Proficient in using Salesforce for CRM, analysis and reporting Experience with financial and project management platforms (Asset Suite) Experience with e-TRACK data system, Power BI, Tableau and/or other reporting software Experience with marketing, outreach and event organizing Independent, self-starter with ability to troubleshoot and collaborate across multi-functional teams CAPM or PMP certification Benefits
