The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will spend time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and lead your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback to achieve KPI goals. Foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions. Build your network and attract top talent for Pandora across seasonal and core roles. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy violations. Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and ongoing talent development. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment. Strong written and verbal communication with a caring approach. Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. Strong business acumen and analytical thinking with a track record of delivering results. Talent magnet with skills in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; succession planning and internal mobility. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems. At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Benefits
