Assist senior staff on complex cases and actively participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, interviews, and trials. Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, and motions, and review contracts related to employment. Handle multiple cases and projects with precision and meet strict deadlines. Provide clear legal advice and effective negotiation and advocacy in legal settings. Qualifications
Active bar license required – Ohio, Michigan preferred. 5+ years' experience. Deep understanding of employment and workers' compensation laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically. Experience in drafting legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, and motions, and reviewing contracts related to employment. Strong communication skills and ability to support senior staff and effectively participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, interviews, and trials. Perks And Benefits
