Overview

This TSM is responsible for the sales revenue and growth for the south-central region. This includes developing established dealer channels, acquiring new accounts and converting leads into opportunities for the company. The position requires managing established dealers, acquiring new dealers and focusing on target end user companies to generate demand for our products. This individual plays an active role in overall customer service and is the primary interface with the company’s customer base: past, existing, and future. This position will be home based in preferably in Texas but will consider an adjoining state. Geographic area of responsibility may include the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Colorado. Responsibilities

Manage established dealers developing incremental revenue streams for the assigned territory Provide sustained growth in revenue for the assigned territory: create and identify sales opportunities across existing and new customers in a multi-state region Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory Identify, qualify and establish new distribution channels as necessary Follow up on sales leads and fully qualify potential opportunities, prioritizing and managing throughout the sales cycle Visit dealers, distributors and customers throughout the assigned region – assist distributors and end-users with product training and making joint sales calls Provide exceptional customer service – vertically manage customer relationships and serve as the primary interface to resolve customer issues, provide customer support and respond to customer inquiries Determine customer needs by interacting directly with the customer, inputs from distribution partners, contractors or inside sales personnel or based on incoming requests through the company website Answer technical questions regarding the company’s products; handles incoming inquiries and telephone calls from potential prospects Participate in relevant trade associations, events and networking with industry members Prepare required reports in a timely and efficient manner including trip reports, expenses, booking forecasts and required information/data within CRM Help facilitate and drive company culture Qualifications

A minimum of five years of experience in outside sales, territory management or regional Knowledge of commercial construction, material handling and clean room markets: knowledge of industrial applications and general manufacturing and distribution environments A mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, bills of material and similar documents or data Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, and proven approach in dealing with customers and other business partners Experience in managing projects, opportunities, prospects, and customer activities across Willingness and ability for overnight travel and extended travel Experience in CRM, both in application and daily use Working knowledge of technology including Microsoft Office products, computing skills, and data reporting Problem-solving skills, analytical and data driven with an ability to multi-task Ability and willingness to collaborate with others and work within a team-based environment.
