Position HR Systems Analyst Location USA, Louisville, KY How You\'ll Create Possibilities
Assist the Sr. HRIS Manager in the configuration and testing of the Workday tenant Monitor future releases for future enhancements Maintain and audit user security Possess a passion for data integrity, accuracy and attention to detail Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday reporting Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation and escalation management, and monitor recurring issues Create template reports, dashboards, scorecards, etc. Identify and implement process improvements Stay informed of current system requirements and releases What You\'ll Bring to Our Team
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field 3+ Years experience with Workday HCM Knowledge of Workday data model, security, and reporting Experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-look ups Flexibility and being an early adopter of change are a must Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated analytical ability Outstanding organization and accuracy skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with both union and non-union manufacturing employees Functional knowledge of Workday modules Functional knowledge of Workday Security and Business processes Completed Workday training in related areas Our Culture
