We’re hiring a
Software Engineer(AI)
to join us full-time on-site in
Austin, TX . You’ll work closely with the founding technical team to build and scale the systems that power Voxology’s AI-driven automation platform. This is an ideal role for a hands-on engineer eager to grow in a startup environment and contribute across the stack—backend, frontend, and AI infrastructure. What You’ll Do
Build and deploy AI-driven products that automate patient scheduling and intake workflows. Develop full-stack features across backend and frontend (Python/React). Collaborate with the founding team to translate customer needs into scalable solutions. Develop and maintain APIs, services, and integrations with healthcare systems. Contribute to rapid prototyping and iteration of new AI-driven features. What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in software development (startup or fast-paced environment preferred). Strong programming skills in
Python
and familiarity with
TypeScript/React . Solid understanding of API development, RESTful services, and integrations. Exposure to AI/ML concepts or strong interest in working with large language models (LLMs). Basic DevOps familiarity (GitHub Actions, Docker, or AWS/Azure). Experience with
Microsoft Azure
(infrastructure, cloud services, or AI tools). Passion for building products that solve real-world problems in healthcare. Bonus Points
Voice AI, speech-to-text, or conversational AI. Healthcare tech, HIPAA-compliant systems, or EMR/EHR integrations. Understanding of AI model orchestration, prompt design, or LLM deployment. High-growth SaaS experience. What We Offer
