Freight Brokers
to join our team. You will act as the key link between shippers and carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth execution of transportation solutions across the USA. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of the logistics industry. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers across the USA. Negotiate freight rates and contracts to maximize profitability. Source reliable carriers for FTL, LTL, Reefer, Flatbed, and specialized loads. Manage the complete shipment cycle – booking, dispatching, tracking, and delivery. Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and company regulations. Utilize load boards, CRM, and TMS platforms for prospecting and operations. Provide proactive communication and customer service to resolve shipment issues. Work closely with internal teams to optimize operations and client satisfaction. Meet sales and load booking targets consistently. Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a
Freight Broker / Logistics Sales Executive
in the USA trucking market. Strong existing network of carriers and shippers (preferred). Knowledge of freight types (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, LTL, Intermodal). Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using load boards, CRM, and TMS tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1–5 years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience (USA market). What We Offer
