We seek high caliber individuals who will succeed in a high opportunity business environment. Since opening in 2006, we have organically grown to over $6B in AUM through steady referrals from our clients and business partners. Our goal is to get to $10B in the next couple years and to continue opening offices across the country. Responsibilities

Onboarding new clients, servicing existing clients, and integrating the advice of CFAs, CPAs, and JDs into the client relationship Client service, including preparing for client meetings, updating plans, reviewing portfolios, preparing reports, and implementing recommendations Supporting advisors in providing comprehensive financial planning, including cash flow analysis, investments, retirement, insurance, tax, and estate planning Collaborating across multiple teams, attending client and team meetings Performing administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including gathering information regarding client finances, organizing electronic case files, preparing critical documentation and other correspondence, and completing special projects Acquiring and maintaining relevant certifications, credentials, and industry knowledge Qualifications

3-5 years experience in the financial services industry Bachelor’s Degree, Series 65, and starting/working towards CFP® certification Unquestioned commitment to integrity in personal and professional activities Excellent verbal and written communication and exceptional math skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with advisors and clients Highly motivated with ability to function well in a fast-paced team environment Comfortable on camera for meetings, conferences, and presentations Ability to do independent research and strong attention to detail Demonstrate technological acumen in applying new techniques and knowledge to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of financial planning processes Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of financial planning, CRM, trading, and custodian software is a plus Proactive, self-starter by nature, friendly, strong desire to learn and ability to take direction Benefits
