Overview
We are seeking an experienced tax professional to prepare and supervise multiple engagements within our tax practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tax and a proven ability to deliver high-quality tax services. Responsibilities
Preparation and review of tax returns, including multi-state, for individuals, partnerships, and corporations Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients Supervise, train, and lead tax associates and interns Work with other tax professionals in a collaborative and high-performance environment Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services Research and interpret tax laws to provide accurate guidance and recommendations Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) CPA Certification 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting Strong working knowledge of tax forms and entities, including Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, 1120S, and 1041 Proven ability to supervise and delegate work to associates and interns Tax research and analytical capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Time management and ability to meet deadlines Compensation
The firm provides a competitive salary that reflects experience, along with an annual performance bonus. Benefits
