Field of work includes Building Automation Systems (BAS), Direct Digital Controls (DDC), Energy Management Systems (EMS), HVAC control systems, Energy Services, Mechanical Contracting / Mechanical Service (with some exposure to controls). Familiarity with any of the following brands or technologies: Alerton, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Tridium / Niagara, Johnson Controls, Siemens Building Technologies, Honeywell, Distech, Reliable Controls, Trane, American Automatrix / Cylon, Novar, Trend Control Systems, Schneider Electric. Create the Team is focused in the field of HVAC controls, building automation, energy services, plus fire/life-safety/security all around the United States. Primarily, the roles we fill are for Controls Engineers, Controls Technicians, and Sales Engineers. We also recruit for Project Managers and other related roles in HVAC, building systems, contracting and energy conservation. Our typical client is a Controls Contractor ranging from 10 to 100M in annual revenue, with markets spanning small to large metropolitan areas.
