CSP has exclusively partnered with our client, a respected, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) to recruit an Associate Investment Advisor to join its collaborative and client-focused team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a well-established firm while building a long-term career in wealth management. The Associate Investment Advisor will support experienced advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience, assisting with onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to the firm\'s passive investment philosophy. Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Develop strong, trusted relationships with current clients and their families. Support the team in delivering exceptional client service—acting at all times with responsiveness, confidentiality, and prudence. Collaborate with colleagues to implement the firm\'s passive investment philosophy on behalf of clients. Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing relationship management. Prepare client reports, presentations, and educational materials. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred. FINRA Investment Advisor Representative license (Series 65 or Series 66) preferred. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or actively pursuing certification. Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and commitment to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM systems. Demonstrated commitment to the investment advisory profession and eagerness to grow within the firm.
