Associate Financial Advisor (RIA / Wealth Management) – Timonium, MD (Hybrid).
Compensation: $80k-120k DOE with bonus potential.
Our client is a thriving, woman-owned boutique financial advisory practice that has been serving individuals and families for more than 20 years. The firm is seeking a motivated Associate Financial Advisor (experienced CSA or Wealth Associate) to join its small, dedicated, client-centered team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive financial advice to individuals, families, and business owners. Manage and grow client relationships with care and integrity. Develop customized financial plans using planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuide). Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience. Oversee investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning coordination. Participate in client meetings, community events, and firm growth initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses required. 3+ years of experience as a CSA or Private Client Wealth Associate, with interest in advancing to full advisor responsibilities. Proven ability to build and maintain high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships. CFP designation preferred, or currently in progress, or strong interest in pursuing certification. Life/Health License, or ability to obtain within a set timeframe of hire. Proficiency with Albridge, Redtail CRM, MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, Wealthscape, or similar platforms is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with a team-first mindset. Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor with strong emotional intelligence (EQ).
