We’re hiring a
financially sharp Administrative Assistant / Controller
to support leadership and keep our operations running on time and error-free. You’ll own payables/receivables, reporting, vendor coordination, and executive admin — the hub connecting finance, partners, and projects. What You’ll Do
Own
A/P & A/R
across multiple entities; process payments & invoices Manage
vendor onboarding , compliance docs, and coordination Maintain
expense tracking , reconciliations, and detailed records Prepare internal
reports/filings , project documentation, and dashboards Liaise with
accountants, consultants, and development partners Support leadership with
calendar, travel, and workflow
management Drive
operational accuracy and on-time execution
across deliverables What You Bring
5+ years
in accounting/finance or controller-level admin (real estate or family office a plus) Proficiency in
QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Workspace Meticulous organization , clear communication, and follow-through High
