Base pay range
$175,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Manage employment litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial or arbitration. Conduct depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances. Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs with clarity and persuasive advocacy. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and agency proceedings. Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and client management. Ideal Background
7–15 years of experience in employment and labor defense litigation. Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills. Demonstrated ability to manage cases or teams independently while working within a collaborative environment. A portable book of business is highly preferred. Experience with class actions, PAGA, or complex workplace disputes is a plus but not required. Salary and Other Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $175,000 – $350,000, plus eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses and quarterly billable-hour bonuses. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as location/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications. Benefits
