POSITION OVERVIEW
Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inaugural team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children’s growth and development by diagnosing, treating, and creating individualized care plans while collaborating closely with other clinicians to deliver whole-child, family-centered care. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Evaluation & Diagnosis: Review hearing, speech, and language assessments (including test results, barium swallow studies, and patient histories) to diagnose and plan treatment for communication and swallowing disorders. Testing & Assessment: Administer speech and language evaluations using standardized tools and instruments to identify the type and degree of impairments. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans for disorders such as stuttering, delayed language, swallowing difficulties, or voice problems, in collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and social workers. Therapy Delivery: Plan, organize, and conduct speech, language, and feeding therapy sessions, coordinating with other therapeutic activities to maximize outcomes. Family Education: Educate and train families and caregivers to best support the patient’s progress at home and in daily life. Documentation: Write reports and maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in alignment with best practices and healthcare regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Active state license to practice Speech Language Pathology and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Minimum of two years of pediatric practice experience Proficiency with electronic medical records Strong communication skills with proven ability to connect with children, families and care teams Excellent organization, time management, and clinical judgement with ability to work independently and collaboratively Dependable, flexible and committed to professional growth and community engagement WHAT WE OFFER
