Position Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inaugural team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You will support children’s growth and development by diagnosing, treating, and creating individualized care plans while collaborating closely with other clinicians to deliver whole-child, family-centered care.

What you’ll do

Evaluation & Diagnosis: Review hearing, speech, and language assessments to diagnose and plan treatment for communication and swallowing disorders.

Testing & Assessment: Administer speech and language evaluations using standardized tools to identify impairments.

Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans for disorders such as stuttering, delayed language, swallowing difficulties, or voice problems, in collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and social workers.

Therapy Delivery: Plan and conduct speech, language, and feeding therapy sessions, coordinating with other therapeutic activities to maximize outcomes.

Family Education: Educate and train families and caregivers to support progress at home and in daily life.

Documentation: Write reports and maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in alignment with best practices and healthcare regulations.

Collaboration: Work with occupational and physical therapists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

What you’ll need

Active state license to practice Speech Language Pathology and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

Minimum of two years of pediatric practice experience

Proficiency with electronic medical records

Strong communication skills with proven ability to connect with children, families and care teams

Excellent organization, time management, and clinical judgment with ability to work independently and collaboratively
