Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer

JCW has partnered with a leading global law firm seeking a Network Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize the firm’s global data network infrastructure. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and performance of complex network systems supporting business operations across international offices. Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and security infrastructure Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers for reliable performance Monitor and troubleshoot network issues across global locations Collaborate with IT leadership on network capacity planning and optimization Create and maintain documentation for network architecture and configurations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in network engineering Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies, DNS/DHCP, F5 load balancers, and Checkpoint firewalls Hands-on experience with protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and VPNs Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP, CCSP, or equivalent Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work across multiple offices and time zones (some travel required) Seniority level
