Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Minimum of 2+ years' Software Development experience.

Familiarity with Automated Test tools and Techniques.

Proficient at working in Java, C++, or Python.

Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level.

Desired Skills

Experience with Linux/UNIX Operating Systems.

Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, and Pair Programming).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Experienced with Java, C++, or Python.

Experience with software models.

Experienced at unit testing.

Experience with Virtual Machines.

Experience with IDEs such as Eclipse or NetBeans.

Familiar with Automation Frameworks such as Robot, JUnit, Sikuli.

The Work Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is seeking a full time Software Engineer. In this role, you will define mission critical requirements, develop windows and user interfaces for military personnel user experience, and integrate new capabilities into the premier self-defense system for the United States and allied Navies, the Aegis Combat System. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Java, C++, or Python and Linux/UNIX operating systems.

National Pay Statement The base range for this position in New Jersey is $75,000 - $135,961.
