The Brand Manager will lead day-to-day brand strategy and execution across multiple beauty brands within our portfolio. This role combines creative vision and analytical rigor to build cohesive brand identities, enhance consumer engagement, and drive overall growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop, articulate, and maintain each brand’s unique positioning and identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency across packaging, marketing, retail, and digital. Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute brand promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns — including concepting, asset creation, and performance tracking. Email Marketing & CRM: Build and manage brand email and CRM strategies, including segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, automation, and retention programs to drive engagement and repeat purchase. Social Media & Influencer Marketing: Lead social media strategy to elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and grow communities. Partner with influencers and creators to amplify brand storytelling and reach targeted audiences. Digital & E-commerce Support: Collaborate with digital marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure brand alignment across DTC and retail partner channels, optimizing for both conversion and brand equity. Analytics & Insights: Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance, consumer trends, and category data to inform brand strategy and future initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Creative, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure brand vision is carried through from concept to consumer experience. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5–8 years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and social media strategy. Experience managing influencer programs and creative content development. Proficient in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, CRM platforms, etc.). Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the beauty industry and emerging trends. What You’ll Bring
