Secret - Current The Forest, MS Security team is seeking a candidate to support the industrial security program. This is an entry level position for an individual with a security clearance interested in pursuing a career within the Raytheon Security department. The Industrial Security Specialist will work in the areas of document control, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254) processing and overseeing, Personnel Security, Physical Security, and Communications Security (COMSEC). The candidate will interface with all levels of Raytheon personnel and government personnel to ensure contract security compliance with National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), Contract Security Classification Specification (DD 254) and DoD program security requirements. The position requires a self-motivated candidate who is capable of working self-guided. The candidate will support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in security processes and procedures such as security self-inspections, security education and awareness training, investigation of security violations, classified document control, processing classified visits, and the facility physical security requirements, and COMSEC. Must possess a valid driver’s license. What You Will Do
Classified document control management Conduct inventories and accountability Process DoD Contract Classification Specifications (DD254) New Hire Orientation, Badge Processing; Visitor Control duties Conducting Security Clearance Indoctrination briefings Update and maintain Security personnel databases and maintaining data accuracy; updating and distributing access rosters Provide daily customer support—internal and external customers; processing security incident reports and updating databases Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Qualifications We Prefer
Successful completion of the CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities curriculum--working knowledge of 32 CFR Part117 (NISPOM) Experience managing all aspects of a classified document control; COMSEC Accounts, processing DoD Contract Classification Specifications (DD254s) Experience in Physical Security requirements including collateral Closed Area and Restricted Area certification and management Experience creating and conducting security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, and program-specific security briefings Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy when interacting with employees and administration at all levels within the company What We Offer
