Investment Sales Associate (ISA) is the entry role to the Investment Sales Desk Development Program (ISDP). As part of Fidelity Institutional (FI) - Intermediary Investment Client Group, we offer a collaborative, high-energy sales environment. The ISA role will prepare you to engage with many facets of financial services and investment products. Consult with financial advisor clients via phone and Zoom to provide market insight, investment product overviews, and portfolio construction ideas. Grow foundational knowledge of the financial industry through the Investment Sales Development Program (ISDP). Engage with intermediary clients to influence the sale of investment products; develop skills across multiple phases of the program. Assist in licensing, training, and supporting financial advisor investment product inquiries. Proactively engage clients to initiate new relationships and sales opportunities. Assume sales territory ownership with an external sales partner to drive investment product sales. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required (may be attained in role). Experience in financial services and sales is helpful but not required. Commitment to growing technical knowledge of the financial industry. Passion for capital markets and investment products. Aptitude and dedication for constant learning and self-improvement. Team player, confident, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a goal- and results-oriented environment. Strong desire to engage clients and build relationships. The Investment Sales Development Program

A multi-year program crafted to grow foundational knowledge of the financial industry while developing vital skills. In each phase, work with intermediary clients to influence the sale of investment products and earn opportunities for merit-based promotions based on demonstrated competencies. Program Phases

Licensing, training, and supporting financial advisor investment product inquiries. Pro-active client engagement to initiate new client relationships and sales opportunities. Sales territory ownership with an external sales partner to drive investment product sales. Skills and Growth

Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. Compensation and Career Progression

ISAs earn up to $74K annually (base salary, performance bonuses, and training milestones). After 12-18 months of training, eligible for in-line promotions to Regional Investment Consultant (RIC) and Senior RIC, with earnings at least $95K and $115K respectively, including base salary and uncapped commissions. Upon completion of the Investment Sales Development Program, eligibility to move into senior-level sales roles across Fidelity. Certifications

Series 07 (FINRA), Series 63 (FINRA). Category and Work Environment
