About the Role
As a team of investors and operators, we partner with businesses that can be transformed by the strategic application of technology to foster enduring growth over a long time horizon. Launched in November 2024, our team was founded on the thesis that applied AI will redefine the technology services industry. Over the past year, we have acquired majority stakes in six leading managed services providers ("MSPs"), with several additional acquisitions expected to close by year-end. We are now deploying systems, products, and services designed to transform the industry operating model and showcase the real-world impact of AI in business services. Our platform was launched as a joint venture between experienced investment and operations partners. Over the past decade, this team has built six companies—including four valued at over $1 billion—and has created two AI-enabled professional services platforms. As an associate on the team, your role will include: Generate and maintain a pipeline of potential acquisitions (MSPs, IT services firms, niche tech services, etc.). Lead business development processes and meetings to identify and engage compelling acquisition prospects. Develop outbound outreach strategies, and build relationships with founders, brokers, and service firms. Lead diligence processes (commercial, financial, operational, technology) for target companies. Coordinate with external advisors (investment banks, legal, accounting, tech due diligence) and internal subject-matter experts (engineering, AI, operations) to validate critical assumptions. Negotiate term sheets, deal terms, and key commercial provisions. Lead deal documentation efforts and liaise with legal to close transactions. Manage closing mechanics: financing, fund flows, regulatory, rollover equity, etc. Post-Acquisition Integration & Platform Scaling
Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to define the integration plan (systems, processes, personnel) and build the capabilities needed to support new partner firms. Execute on the long-term strategy in AI-enabled services. Monitor performance of acquisitions, track metrics, report out to leadership. Refine deal playbooks, integration playbooks, and AI enablement best practices. Represent the firm in external settings (industry events, conferences, business development meetings) as needed. Build

3–6 years of relevant experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, strategy, or corporate development (preferably in technology, software, IT services, or high-tech adjacent sectors). Strong financial modeling skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. Ability to think both strategically and operationally — comfortable with ambiguity and ownership. Intellectual curiosity about AI/ML, data, software, and how they can transform services businesses. Excellent communication and persuasion skills; ability to influence across functions and levels. High initiative, grit, adaptability, drive for results, and desire to build something from the ground up. Willingness to travel as needed for diligence, integration, or portfolio management.
