The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization’s financial performance. You will provide stakeholders with insights into financial results, coordinate forecasting and budgeting cycles, and deliver analytics to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate excels in complex financial modeling and handling large data sets.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.

Analyze financial results and key business drivers, identify trends and variances.

Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leaders and stakeholders.

Collaborate with department heads to align goals, gather and validate financial data, and integrate insights.

Support annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.

Conduct variance and trend analysis, offering actionable recommendations.

Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.

Perform ad hoc analysis for special projects, operational improvements, or management requests.

Assist with audit requirements and ensure adherence to internal controls.

Contribute to process improvement, automation, and system enhancements as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, formulas, and macros (a plus).

Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, Anaplan) is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail, resourcefulness, and initiative.

Experience with Oracle is preferred.

Willingness to be hands‑on with accounting treatments, FP&A, month‑end closing, and financial reporting.
