Assume responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis, and collaboration with MD partners to ensure safe patient diagnostic testing and an optimal plan of care. Perform advanced practice procedures. Utilize the nursing process to promote and restore the health and well-being of patients. Demonstrate personal accountability for the organization’s mission and core values. Qualifications
1 year of experience in a clinical or advanced practice setting (preferred). Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to the specialty. Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner; graduate from an accredited school of nursing; required to hold national accreditation. Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure; board-certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse in applicable population foci and/or sub-specialty; RN license required. BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting. Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P) as applicable with an articulated plan. Benefits and Compensation
