Advanced Practice Provider assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. A Nurse Practitioner

assumes responsibility for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis, and works with MD partners to ensure safe patient diagnostic testing and an optimal plan of care. Performs advanced practice procedures and uses the nursing process to promote/restore health and well-being. A Physician Assistant

assumes responsibility for comprehensive care, support and education to patients and their families throughout the medical care process. Participates as a key member of the team to identify and meet physical and emotional needs, using a collaborative multi-disciplinary approach as an expert practitioner, educator, consultant, and researcher. Maintains responsibility for job performance specifications. Qualifications

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Nurse Practitioner Requirements 1 year of experience in a clinical or advanced practice setting, preferred Master’s degree in nursing as a Nurse Practitioner Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure, listed on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required; board certified in applicable population foci and/or subspecialty RN License required BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association required Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with articulated plan Physician Assistant Requirements Two years prior experience in surgery (if applicable) Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program PA Certification by NCCPA and current mid-level provider license by the state of Colorado BLS from the American Heart Association required ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $69.86 / hour. Shift: Days.
