FedEx Logistics Overview Responsibilities
To complete and assign work-specific activities to team members and provide direction and training in the completion of these activities, resolving complex work-related issues by building strong relationships with internal and external customers. Ensure team members complete all work-related activities and assignments on time; communicate any problems to the manager. Maintain outstanding internal and external customer service; provide direction and guidance to team members by answering questions on work-related issues or problems; resolve routine and complex issues relating to day-to-day activities and provide guidance and training on new activities. Identify and research to resolve accounts payable and receivable billing issues; resolve complex discrepancies; work with daily finance activity reports. Process monthly service fee invoices and Cost Plus 1% revenue; ensure accuracy and timely creation of invoices; ensure accuracy of all received documentation. Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with FXS Revenue services to resolve complex billing discrepancies and support the Invoicing Manager. Understand the daily work schedule and procedures; fill in to complete reports and daily tasks as needed. Collaborate with the manager to anticipate and identify productivity or performance issues at the individual or team level, and make professional recommendations to management to improve production and results. Qualifications
High school diploma/GED. At least 3 years of business experience, including 1 year in a brokerage industry and/or customs brokerage environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Ability to train and motivate team members to ensure a high optimum flow of work productivity. Additional Details
