Team Lead role at FedEx Logistics. The position involves directing and guiding team members, assigning work-specific activities, providing training, and resolving complex work-related issues by building strong relationships with internal and external customers. Assign work-specific activities to team members and provide direction and training for completion of these activities. Resolve complex work-related issues and communicate problems to management. Maintain exceptional internal and external customer service; answer questions on work-related issues and provide guidance and training on new activities. Identify and research accounts payable and receivable billing issues; resolve discrepancies; work with daily finance activity reports. Process monthly service fee invoices and 1% revenue calculations; ensure accuracy and timely invoice creation. Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with FXS Revenue services to resolve complex billing discrepancies and support the Invoicing Manager. Maintain knowledge of daily work schedules and procedures; fill in to complete reports and daily tasks as needed. Collaborate with the manager to anticipate and identify productivity or performance issues for individuals or the team; provide professional recommendations to improve production and results. Qualifications
High school diploma/GED. At least 3 years of business experience, including 1 year in a brokerage industry or customs brokerage working environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Ability to train and motivate team members to ensure high productivity. Preferred Qualifications
