Responsible for Business Development and Key Account Management within the DACH Region - Driving commercial growth for Sony The tasks Drive commercial growth for Sony’s Business Process Outsourcing & Shared Services offerings Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across target sectors (e.g. Apparel, FMCG, Gaming, Beauty, Hospitality, Media/Entertainment) Manage a team of customer-facing sales/ business development managers Act as key account manager for newly acquired clients Represent Sony DADC in expanding markets by participating in conferences and client meetings Take ownership of the BPO and shared services pipeline and sales cycle Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop tailored solutions, ensuring a client-focused approach in service delivery Your profile Extensive experience in B2B sales for service solutions, preferably for BPO, SSC or SaaS Strong customer network within one or several of the priority markets such as Apparel and footwear, Consumer Electronics, Gaming, Small household electronics, Consumer appliances, Beauty and personal care, Hospitality, TV & Film production across the DACH region (advantage would be as well the UK, FR, BLX and/or Nordic countries) Business level English and German.
