As Global University Recruiting Leader, you will redefine university recruiting and early talent strategies, manage relations with academic institutions, design campaigns and onboarding programs, analyze data to identify trends, host events, and build a steady pipeline of top talent. You will lead initiatives for early career talent acceleration and development, creating tailored paths that support skills, engagement, and long-term growth. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help craft initiatives that resonate with today’s students and align with Kenvue’s vision. In this role, you’ll engage with academic institutions, develop recruitment campaigns, and design onboarding programs. You’ll analyze data to identify trends, host workshops and events to connect with students, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent. You’ll also drive early career talent acceleration and development through mentorship and structured programs. Be a champion for Kenvue’s brand in academic communities and help position the company as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities
Lead our Global University Hiring community of practice, providing insights, tools and strategy for a consistent Kenvue university hire experience. Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions to enhance Kenvue’s campus presence. Collaborate with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to promote recruitment initiatives. Design and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent from universities. Organize and participate in career fairs, workshops, and networking events. Analyze recruitment data and trends to inform strategy and improve effectiveness of talent acquisition. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to university recruiting and early talent pipeline. Develop and enhance onboarding programs for a seamless transition from university to the workforce. Create engaging orientation experiences aligned with Kenvue’s culture and values. Manage strategies for early career talent acceleration, including mentorship and professional development programs. Design tailored career paths that support skill enhancement and long-term growth for early career employees. Work with HR, Learning & Development and business leaders to align early talent initiatives with organizational goals. Gather stakeholder feedback to continuously improve recruitment and development practices. Act as an ambassador for Kenvue, communicating the company’s mission, values and career opportunities to prospective candidates. Lead initiatives to promote Kenvue’s brand within academic communities. Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in global early talent recruitment or related field University/Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Desired Qualifications
Proven track record of implementing innovative recruitment strategies and campaigns at a global level Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders What’s In It For You
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $152,150.00 - $214,800.00 This takes into account factors including location, skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
