We provide engineering, procurement, management, and construction services for the execution of large, complex AC power substations, including expansions and electrification across five key segments. What you will do
Site Planning: Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan on-site activities, including resource allocation, equipment procurement, and milestone scheduling. Align construction targets, safety requirements, site organization, and policies with customers and external partners.
Site Coordination & Execution: Oversee all on-site operations from area handover to final delivery, ensuring successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols.
Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the project on-site, fostering relationships with clients, local authorities, suppliers, and financial institutions to support field operations.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Implement and enforce a comprehensive HSE plan in line with company standards. Ensure all personnel are trained in HSE policies and empowered to prioritize safety. Hold authority to halt activities in the event of OHS violations.
Material & Logistics Management: Supervise handling, storage, and installation of equipment delivered by Linxon. Coordinate logistics for on-site storage and timely delivery of materials.
Subcontractor Oversight: Manage subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with project quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
Who you are
Education: Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical)
Experience: 13–15 years total, including 8–12 years in AIS/GIS substation or power plant projects, preferably within EPC environments
Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors with strong decision-making and negotiation skills
Professionalism: Demonstrates initiative and adherence to Linxon’s Code of Conduct and ethical standards
Composure: Maintains focus and clarity under pressure in dynamic, high-stakes project environments
Business Acumen: Understands project cost drivers, risk management, and stakeholder expectations
Organizational Skills: Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities to manage complex site operations
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams and external partners
