What's the Job?
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Monitor and test application performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with developers to implement solutions
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies to safeguard organizational data and operations
What's Needed?
5+ years of IT experience in a technical application support role within Linux or Windows environments
Experience with load balancers, routers, packet capture, and analysis tools
Strong knowledge of certificates, TLS, SSL, and security protocols
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems
