Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
for an energy services client based in Houston, Texas.
Role is an approximate 6-month Contract to Hire opportunity with 4 days per week in the West Houston office and 1 day remote. Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. Lead performance management processes and coach managers on goal setting and feedback. Identify training needs and support leadership development programs. Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Conduct investigations and recommend corrective action if needed. Consult with managers on salary structures, promotions, and compensation adjustments. Support annual compensation planning and benefits communication. Advise business unit leaders and serve as point-of-contact for global business units and help implement business unit’s workforce strategy with respect to recruitment, retention, succession planning, engagement, organizational development, etc. Embrace continuous improvement and application of new tools and methods in line with People strategy. Coordinate closely with other HRBPs to ensure fairness and alignment across the company and support global HR strategy. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or another related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role Experience supporting management and advising on complex HR matters Understanding of DFAR, FAR, CUI, and other applicable government regulations. Previous experience within an EPC or energy services company preferred. Additional Details
