As a HRBP at FloWorks, your primary role is to partner with organizational leaders at all levels to achieve their business objectives. You will provide guidance and input on employee relations and development issues such as restructuring, succession planning, performance, staffing, investigations, and HR policy administration and development. This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities but serves as a coach and mentor. Key Responsibilities
Partner with assigned client groups in the interpretation and administration of various human resources policies and programs, including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and labor relations issues, as applicable. Coach managers through the employee development process, including leadership succession planning, assisting managers to create quality employee development action plans, and other initiatives in support of employee and leadership development. Guide and assist employees in the interpretation and administration of HR policies, procedures, practices, and programs. Conduct investigations for the preparation and presentation of facts leading to the resolution of employee disputes and grievances. Drive and support the management team on organizational change, workforce planning, organizational design, and development topics. Gather statistics and metrics (headcount, turnover, talent movement, HR program execution) and provide analysis and recommendations based on the data. Qualifications
BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of applicable HR experience. Experience supporting a facility. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally at all levels of the organization and work effectively with the HR team. Demonstrated people and team leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to achieve results. Must be resourceful with strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. Physical Demands
Frequently required to stand, walk, and continually to sit. Occasionally balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl. Continually required to talk or hear and to use visual acuity to read technical information and/or use a keyboard. Occasionally lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds and occasionally work near moving mechanical parts. Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and to loud noise (examples: shop tool noises, electric motors, moving mechanical equipment). The Perks of Working Here
