n US Imports Support - hours & min
Inbound Report Record the daily new shipments information (from pre alerts and from PEXNA track and trace Inbound report) Monitor exceptions and daily holds PLSA Monitor / maintain ISF filing info for ocean shipments Update brokerage billing information (from PLSA, FED EX, UPS portals) Track and trace where / when needed Duty Accruals / Payments Support (from PLSA, FED EX, UPS portals + validate information in PPNDA's ACE portal) Record entry information Add daily and monthly statement information n US Exports Support – hour & min
Outbound Report (from emails between the order team, warehouse, carriers, Client Export, Canadian broke) record export information Update shipping information n Canadian Imports Support – hour & min
Inbound Report (from emails between carriers and Canadian broker's reporting + validate with reporting from PPNDA's CARM) Record the shipments information Monitor exceptions Update brokerage billing information Track and trace where / when needed Duty / GST Accruals / Payments Support (from emails, broker's reporting and validate with info in PPNDA's CARM) Record release information Add monthly payment information n Classification Database – min (from PLSA reporting and emails with factory)
Maintain the Item master / Database (from PLSA reporting from IP + from emails with factory) Monitor declarations and maintain Sec specific tariff information Maintain OGA / PGA database Record and maintain classification updates n Recordkeeping – hour (from emails from factories, UPS origin, Fed Ex origin, Client export Dept., PLSA, Fed Ex & UPS portals)
US Imports & Exports Rename & save shipping docs for US imports and US exports (invoices, bills of lading, PODs) Download, rename and save Import into US Entry Docs and Export declarations where applicable Canadian Imports Docs (invoices, bills of lading, PODs) Rename and save release declarations rename and save Imports into CA entry packets, brokerage billing Classification (from emails with PLSA & factories) Rename and save declarations Rename and save FDA letters Rename and save other OGA / PGA declarations
