YOUR ROLE:

We’re in search of a creative and adaptable Senior Project Manager well‑versed in CRM marketing. The Senior Project Manager will lead campaign planning, resource allocations, tactical execution and ultimately provide our client leadership with visibility into status of project work and ongoing campaigns. Our ideal candidate will enjoy partnering with Client Service, Creative, Design Studio, Proofreading/Quality Assurance, Technology and Analytics teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Own Projects

Champion insightful planning of project scope, including:

Critical milestones

Staff resourcing

Ongoing monitoring of project scope and management of the change‑control process

Create and execute staff plans, forecasting resource allocation

Lead and participate in scheduled status calls to keep stakeholders and internal team informed

Work directly with ESP vendor to coordinate deployments for email deliverables

Work directly with internal Print Production department for direct mail deliverables

Minimize agency’s exposure and risk across various projects

Responsible for contingency planning in anticipation of roadblocks to ensure quality and timely delivery of all components

Cultivate Relationships

Facilitate team meetings, and easily manage multiple streams of work

Partner alongside client service team to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the agency

Serve as communication liaison between Client Service, Creative, Design Studio, Proofreading/Quality Assurance, Technology and Analytics teams

Keep stakeholders informed of progress and changes throughout project lifecycle

Mentor, train and provide support for Project Management team

Direct mentorship of 1-3 Project Managers

Partner with senior leaders to deliver unique, complex, or multi‑deliverable programs

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Keen eye for detail and compassion for all project elements, simple to complex

Extraordinary interpersonal skills; solid expertise in collaboration, flexibility and diplomacy

Talent for communicating in a clear, concise and proactive manner

Confidence to ask for answers when you have questions

Desire to deliver results in accordance to established objectives

Self‑starter tendencies; ability to prioritize tasks with aggressive deadlines

Subject matter expertise in a marketing field

Actively assesses/discovers efficiencies to bring value to client/agency

Strong understanding of end to end agency process

6‑8 years Project Management experience (email, web, print media, or DM)

Preferably a marketing agency OR client‑side marketing environment

Budget and schedule tracking in Workfront + MS Excel

Experience with sophisticated Project Management software's required; Workfront experience preferred

Quickly built rapport with Client Service, Creative, Design Studio, Proofreading/Quality Assurance, Technology and Analytics teams

Developed strengths in setting expectations and uniting opposing viewpoints

Comfortable with engaging directly with clients

Obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.

Our Hybrid Work Model: RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in‑person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

Compensation and Benefits: RAPP provides a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits plan. For more information regarding Omnicom benefits, please visit www.omnicombenefits.com. A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $77,000 - $94,000. This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
