Project Engineer
to join their growing team. Known for their commitment to mentorship, workforce diversity, and technical excellence, this firm offers the stability of a legacy builder with the innovation and inclusivity of a modern construction leader. Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in the planning, coordination, and execution of large commercial construction projects. Review and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and material procurement to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate between the design team, field operations, and subcontractors to resolve technical and logistical issues. Assist with project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance documentation. Conduct site walks and support field supervision with project layout, safety compliance, and progress tracking. Prepare meeting minutes, daily reports, and progress documentation for internal and client use. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 2–5 years of experience supporting large commercial construction projects ($20M+); experience with
K-12, municipal, or aviation
projects is highly preferred. Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and project workflow. Proficiency in
Procore ,
Bluebeam , and
Microsoft Project
(or equivalent project management software). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and career growth. Why Join This Team
