As an AS9100-certified and NADCAP-accredited manufacturer, we’re looking for a Quality Systems Manager to guide our quality assurance team and keep our operations audit-ready, compliant, and continuously improving.

What your day might look like

Walk the shop floor to verify controls and gauge calibration, then huddle with engineering and production to align on priority builds.

Review customer scorecards, set improvement targets, and track progress against KPIs.

Lead an 8D on a tricky nonconformance, digging deep with 5‑Why to lock in robust corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare for a NADCAP special process audit—confirm documentation, validate process controls, and brief the team.

Mentor quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians—coaching on APQP, MSA, and SPC best practices.

Your impact

Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System to AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.

Plan, conduct, and host internal and external audits, including NADCAP special process audits.

Author and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and control plans that drive repeatable outcomes.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues quickly and prevent recurrence.

Support launches and process validations for new products, ensuring compliance from first article through production.

Elevate customer satisfaction by improving scorecard performance and responsiveness.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

5+ years in aerospace manufacturing quality management.

Deep knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO standards.

Hands‑on experience with special processes (such as heat treat, NDT, chemical processing).

Fluency with quality tools: FMEA, Control Plans, Gage R&R, and SPC.

Strong leadership presence, clear communication, and expert problem‑solving skills.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
