Account Executive
to their Fort Lauderdale based team. As an
Account Executive , you’ll manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals, including educating prospects, running demos, and guiding them through a consultative sales process that drives real operational impact. What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle SaaS sales from initial discovery to close. Conduct engaging product demos that address customer pain points and highlight ROI. Build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders within mid-market to enterprise organizations. Partner closely with SDRs who generate qualified leads, while also prospecting strategically within key target markets. Maintain a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, accurately forecasting and tracking progress against quota. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and lasting client partnerships. Leverage a consultative selling approach to educate prospects on fintech solutions and drive stakeholder alignment. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined follow-up, persistence, and value-based conversations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related field 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in Fintech or Payment Processing technology. Proven success managing mid-market or enterprise deals with multiple decision-makers and 2+ month sales cycles. Comfortable running multiple demos and leading complex negotiations to close. Experience with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies. Experienced in or familiar with Salesforce CRM for managing pipeline and forecasting. Resourceful and proactive — you thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment. Collaborative team player with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
