Act as Management Representative and lead activities to achieve and maintain required system certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Implement and maintain Constellium’s EHS First initiatives. Drive and lead EHS CA/PA/Suggestion activities to ensure timely completion of outcomes and closure. Manage plant hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (HIRARC). Provide process control for EHS systems to support the plant during program phases, engineering change requests, launches, and daily continuous improvement activities. Lead efforts to strive for a zero-accident safety culture by analyzing trend data to identify improvement opportunities. Lead the team to achieve and maintain insurance loss prevention HPR status. Manage accident/incident reporting processes and assist in investigating accidents and developing preventive measures. Comply with Constellium's EHS reporting guidelines on a monthly, semiannual, and annual basis. Supervise contracted EHS vendors and personnel (PPE vending, SWPPP inspections, SPCC materials, first aid supplies, security, etc.). Manage the EHS portion of new hire onboarding and develop appropriate training. Maintain legal compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulatory agencies. Ensure accurate completion of annual regulatory reports (e.g., SARA Tier I, II; GLWA Permits; OSHA 300A) and others as they arise. Develop and manage emergency response procedures and ensure employees are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies. Perform other duties as assigned to support the role. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in EHS, Safety Engineering/Technology, Occupational Safety and Health or related field with 5 years of experience; or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience, required. 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry with an OEM, tier one, tier two, or equivalent company, preferred. Experience supervising technical personnel, preferred. Experience with IATF 16949:2016 management system, preferred. Knowledge of EHS requirements or willingness to quickly learn ISO 14001, ISO 45001, required. Lead auditor credentials in recognized systems, preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing processes relevant to metal fabrication and assembly; various manufacturing processes, preferred. Working knowledge of robotics, automation, safety PLC, and integration, preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical/problem-solving abilities, required. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Company and Location
